Hi, I’m Jessie.
(she | her | hers)
I’m a Denver-based therapist who utilizes my deep desire for continuous growth and learning to engage fully and transparently with my clients. Outside of therapy, I find joy in spending time with my dog, writing, laughing, and connecting with loved ones.
Through my personal and professional anti-racist work as a white, cis-gender woman, I strive to embody transformational cultural values in every aspect of my life. I find value in growing through mistakes, slowing down, embracing interdependence, and helping people find joy in the inherent multiplicities in themselves and in life.
Here’s what you can expect in our sessions:
I will bring warmth, curiosity, and humor to our therapeutic relationship. I will give honest, compassionate feedback that supports your growth. I believe it is an honor and privilege to be part of your journey towards deeper self-discovery.
